Help buyers find the right boat, RV, classic car or toy — and help owners sell theirs.
What you'll do
- Answer calls, texts and web leads and follow up until they buy or say no
- Show units on the lot and on the water, and walk buyers through financing and paperwork
- Keep every customer and conversation up to date in our CRM
What helps
- Sales experience — boats, RVs, powersports or autos is a plus
- Comfortable on the phone and with texting customers
- Valid driver's license
Service
Service Technician & Shop
Diagnose, repair and rig boats and RVs so customers get back on the lake.
What you'll do
- Diagnose and repair outboards, sterndrives, pontoons and RV systems
- Rig, prep and inspect units before they are sold or delivered
- Lake-test repairs and write clear notes on every work order
What helps
- Marine or RV mechanical experience — Mercury training is a plus
- Your own hand tools
- Entry-level shop and lot help is welcome to apply too
Parts
Parts Counter & Inventory
Get the right part to the tech or the customer, the first time.
What you'll do
- Look up, quote and order parts for customers and the service shop
- Receive, stock and track parts inventory
- Ship and hand off orders, and chase special orders until they arrive
What helps
- Marine, RV or automotive parts experience
- Organized, detail-minded and good with a computer
- Friendly at the counter and on the phone
Administration
Office & Administration
Keep deals, titles and the front office running smoothly.
What you'll do
- Prepare deal files, title and registration paperwork
- Answer phones, greet customers and route them to the right person
- Support the sales, finance and service teams with records and scheduling
What helps
- Office, dealership, title or DMV experience
- Accurate with numbers and paperwork
- Comfortable with email, spreadsheets and office software
