Sell Your Toy.
Keep Every Dollar.
You set your number. We sell it for more, keep the spread, and hand you a clean check — usually within 90 days. No fee to sell your unit, nothing out of pocket before it sells. Consign with Lake Havasu’s oldest brokerage. No strangers at your door. No title headaches.
One rule: it’s exclusive while we have it. Penalties apply if you sell it behind us or pull it early — we explain it all before you sign.

Boats, RVs, classic cars, autos, motorcycles, trailers, aircraft — even your business. If it has value, we can find a buyer.
The Reality of Selling It Yourself
Private Sale Sounds Good. Until It Doesn’t.
Here’s what actually happens — and why most Havasu sellers wish they’d called us first.
The Lowball Parade
Every Craigslist buyer opens with half your asking price. Most have never owned a boat. Almost none are serious. You spend your weekend filtering through them.
No-Shows & Tire Kickers
“I’ll be there Saturday at 10.” They won’t. You’ll block off your weekends four times before anyone actually shows up ready to buy.
Strangers at Your House
You have to invite people onto your property, answer their questions for an hour, let them poke around your boat — and then they walk without making an offer.
Title & DMV Nightmare
Arizona titles, hull ID numbers, lien payoffs, bill of sale language — one mistake and the deal falls apart or comes back six months later as someone else’s problem.
“What’s It Actually Worth?”
NADA is a starting point, not the market. What are comparable units actually closing at in Havasu right now? Most private sellers have no idea — and price themselves out of buyers or leave money behind.
Storage & Insurance Keep Running
Every month your unit sits unsold, you’re paying storage, insurance, and watching it depreciate. The clock doesn’t stop while you wait for the right buyer to find your Craigslist post.
Your Network Has 0 Buyers.
Ours Has 40 Years of Them.
You set your number at intake — that number is locked in writing, and it’s exactly what you walk away with. We sell it for more; the difference between your number and the sale price is ours. Nothing upfront, no listing fee, no marketing charge — we don’t get paid until you do.
One rule: it’s exclusive while we have it. Sell it behind us, advertise it yourself, or pull it early and penalties apply — we walk you through all of it before you sign.

Takes about 10 minutesWe Agree on a Price — In Writing
You see the data. We agree on a consignment price, and that number is locked into your agreement. That is the number you receive when it sells — no commission taken at closing, no last-minute adjustments. The number we shake on is the number that hits your account.
Transparent. Data-driven. In writing.Bring It In — We Take It From Here

What You’ll Need to Consign
Want it to move fast and close clean? Have these ready — and if you’re missing something, don’t worry, we help you sort it out. It’s what we do all day.
Your Title — in Your Name
The name on the title needs to match your photo ID, and the VIN on the title needs to match the unit physically. We verify both at drop-off — clean title means a clean close.
Current Registration
Your unit needs to be currently registered. Arizona trailers have permanent registration — one less thing to worry about. For everything else, current plates are required.
Lien Payoff Info (if You Still Owe)
If there’s a loan on the unit, we need the lienholder and the payoff amount so the title clears cleanly when it sells. We coordinate with your lender — standard part of every deal we do.
A Notarized Power of Attorney
Signed by the right person, name spelled correctly, with the year/make/VIN filled in accurately. We provide the form and can point you to a notary if you need one.
A Photo of the Odometer
For RVs, motorhomes, autos, and classic cars: a quick odometer photo taken at drop-off. Takes 30 seconds, and it matters for the paperwork.
For Financed Boats — Motor Serial Photo
If the deal involves financing on a boat, a photo of the motor/engine serial number helps the lender side go smoothly. We’ll let you know if we need it.
Selling to a California Buyer?
If your trailer or RV is titled outside California and your buyer is registering it in California, the state requires an out-of-state inspection — done right across the river in Needles. We know the drill and we handle it. It’s exactly the kind of curveball that trips up a private seller and costs them the deal — and it’s a non-event for us.
Full-Service Brokerage
Everything. Start to Finish.
This isn’t a listing service. Every item below is handled by our team — from the day you sign to the day you get paid.
Professional Photography
Photos that stop buyers mid-scroll. We know how to shoot units that sell — lighting, angles, on-water shots when applicable.
Multi-Platform Marketing
Boat Trader, RV Trader, our own high-traffic inventory site, and an active buyer list we’ve spent 40 years building. We don’t post and hope — we market.
Every Showing
We field every call, schedule every appointment, and show your unit ourselves at our lots. You never deal with a stranger at your house.
All Negotiations
Every lowball offer, every “will you take less?” — we handle it. Forty years of relationships mean buyers respect our process.
Title & All Paperwork
Arizona title transfer, hull ID verification, lien payoff coordination, bill of sale — handled cleanly so the deal closes and stays closed.
Your Price. In Writing.
The number you agree to is the number you receive. We don’t chip away at it after the fact or hide fees in the settlement. It’s in the agreement.
The Handoff
You’re Not Selling a Vehicle. You’re Passing One On.
Behind a well-kept used boat, there’s usually a story like this one.
Picture the owner who had it first.
He bought it new. He learned its sounds, kept it covered, and ran it every season — the kind of owner who changes the oil before anyone tells him to and keeps the receipts in a folder. For years it was Saturday mornings on the water and grandkids in life vests, until the summers got a little harder to make.
When it was time to let it go, he didn’t want to stake a sign in the yard and haggle with strangers over something he’d taken care of for fifteen years. He wanted it to go to someone who’d use it the way he did.
Now picture the family getting their first one.
They didn’t grow up around boats. They’re not looking for a project or a gamble — they just want a good one they can trust, at a number that doesn’t require a retirement account. The thing they’re most afraid of is getting burned on the biggest thing they’ve ever bought.
That’s the handoff. A boat one careful owner spent years looking after, going straight to the family just getting started — with somebody who knows both ends standing in the middle. The generation stepping ashore and the generation pushing off, under the same roof that’s done this on Lake Havasu since 1986.
That’s not a used-boat lot. That’s how a good boat finds its next family.
Let the boat you took care of go to a family who’ll love it. We handle everything — you collect the check.

“Purchased my first boat ever from Boat Brokers. They made it super seamless and genuinely cared. Scott was my salesman and did not pressure us at all like you would expect a salesman to do. He mindfully picked out several boats that were in our price range and skill set. He is very knowledgeable! We got to take the boat we choose out on the water for a test ride which was awesome. They also have their mechanics go over the boat prior to purchase for a piece of mind, which was very comforting. Shoutout to Gina their finance lady who helped us get everything finalized. Everyone was extremely helpful and kind. We will definitely be using Boat Brokers again in the future!”
“We had a great experience at boat brokers. We've been there several times and looked round and always been greeted & treated, wonderfully. Gary was our salesman, he showed us around all the boats. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We found a beautiful Sea Ray and purchase it. We are extremely happy and would highly recommend Boat Brokers. They have a great selection and variety of styles and price ranges were very happy. So if you're looking for a boat, go on a boat brokers, ask for Gary. James Dean is the manager Gina does finance they are all amazing amazing also.”
“We purchased a 2025 Barletta Cabio 22UC. Boat Broker gave us great service. We had an issue with communication between 200hp Mercury DTS outboard. They checked it and sent it to someone else to check but couldn’t duplicate the problem. Barletta came out with a recall and Boat Broker notified me as soon as it came out and promptly ordered the parts and did the repairs. The tritoon is a dream. Thank you Boat Broker.”
For Classic & Collector Car Sellers
What Drives Value on a Collector Car
A classic isn’t sold on year-make-model alone. Serious buyers pay for the details — and knowing your details is how you get top dollar. Here’s what we look at when we take a collector car on consignment, and what a real buyer will ask. The more of this you can speak to, the stronger your sale.
Under the Hood
Drivetrain & Mechanicals
Engine, transmission, gear ratio, rear end, fuel delivery (carb vs. fuel injection vs. throttle body), disc brakes front and rear, and whether it runs cool or has any overheating history. Buyers want to know what’s original, what’s been upgraded, and whether it’s built to drive or built to show.
Body & Glass
Overall Condition & Cosmetics
Overall body condition, any rust (and where), paint — body and top color. Glass condition matters too: chips and cracks factor into price. Tire age is worth knowing — collectors check date codes. Honest condition notes sell faster than glossed-over ones.
Interior
Stock or Redone?
Color, material, and condition. Stock original or professionally redone? A correct, well-kept interior is a major value driver on a collector car. Buyers will ask, so know the answer.
Factory Options & Aftermarket
What Came With It — and What Was Added
Original factory options can move the price meaningfully on a classic. Aftermarket equipment is worth noting too — both what was added and whether it’s documented. The right options package on the right car is real money.
The Build Story
This Is Where Collector Value Lives
If it’s a build: how old is the build, and who built it? A documented build by a known shop is worth real money. The story behind the car is part of the price — and buyers of serious collector cars expect to hear it.
The Paperwork
Proven Cars Command the Premium
Original bill of sale, window sticker, service receipts, title, registration, lien notes. Documentation is the difference between “claims to be” and “proven to be” — and proven cars command the premium.
Don’t have every detail? That’s fine — we help you document what makes your car special and present it the way collectors expect to see it. That’s the difference between a quick lowball and the price your car deserves.

Questions People Actually Ask
Straight Answers. No Sales Pitch.
Real questions, answered the way we’d answer them in person — straight.
Nothing upfront. No listing fees. No marketing charges. We don’t get paid until you do.
A few things the agreement asks of you, and we explain all of it before you sign: (1) keep the unit insured and registered while it’s with us; (2) it’s exclusive — if you advertise or sell it yourself while it’s consigned with us, the arrangement converts to a paid storage contract; (3) if it doesn’t sell with us and you then sell it to someone we introduced you to within 90 days of ending the agreement, a 10% brokerage fee applies. None of that is a fee to sell your unit the normal way — those only come into play if the agreement is broken.
