The name on the title needs to match your photo ID, and the VIN on the title needs to match the unit physically. We verify both at drop-off — clean title means a clean close.

Your unit needs to be currently registered. Arizona trailers have permanent registration — one less thing to worry about. For everything else, current plates are required.

Engine, transmission, gear ratio, rear end, fuel delivery (carb vs. fuel injection vs. throttle body), disc brakes front and rear, and whether it runs cool or has any overheating history. Buyers want to know what’s original, what’s been upgraded, and whether it’s built to drive or built to show.

Body & Glass

Overall Condition & Cosmetics

Overall body condition, any rust (and where), paint — body and top color. Glass condition matters too: chips and cracks factor into price. Tire age is worth knowing — collectors check date codes. Honest condition notes sell faster than glossed-over ones.

Interior

Stock or Redone?

Color, material, and condition. Stock original or professionally redone? A correct, well-kept interior is a major value driver on a collector car. Buyers will ask, so know the answer.

We work on a spread, not a commission. Here’s how it works: at intake, we agree on the net number you want to walk away with. That number is locked in your consignment agreement. We list the unit everywhere, handle every inquiry, showing, and piece of paperwork. When it sells, you get your agreed number — paid on time, every time. We keep everything above your number. That’s our pay.

Nothing upfront. No listing fees. No marketing charges. We don’t get paid until you do.

A few things the agreement asks of you, and we explain all of it before you sign: (1) keep the unit insured and registered while it’s with us; (2) it’s exclusive — if you advertise or sell it yourself while it’s consigned with us, the arrangement converts to a paid storage contract; (3) if it doesn’t sell with us and you then sell it to someone we introduced you to within 90 days of ending the agreement, a 10% brokerage fee applies. None of that is a fee to sell your unit the normal way — those only come into play if the agreement is broken.
Our standard window is 90 days. Most properly priced units move within 30–60 days in the Havasu market. Spring and early summer are the strongest — we'll tell you honestly where your unit sits right now.
For most units, yes — having it on one of our three Lake Havasu City lots makes showings efficient and sells it faster. In some cases we can start with remote photography. We'll work out what makes the most sense.
We review pricing and market conditions together and decide whether to renew, adjust the price, or return the vehicle. No drama. We want you to walk away happy either way.
Yes. We coordinate the lien payoff with your lender as part of the closing process. Bring us the payoff amount and we take it from there — clean, no surprises. Standard part of every consignment we handle.

With consignment, your unit stays on our lot until it sells at the price you agreed to — you get fair market value. Selling outright is faster but you receive our direct purchase offer. We'll walk you through both numbers so you can decide.
Mostly your title (in your name, matching your photo ID), current registration, a notarized power of attorney, and your government-issued ID. If you still owe on the unit, we’ll need the lienholder and payoff. For RVs, autos, and classic cars, a quick odometer photo at drop-off. For financed boat deals, a motor serial number photo. While your unit is with us, you keep it insured and registered — same as you would at home. Our lots are outdoor and this is the desert, so like any consignment yard we’re not responsible for sun, weather, or theft beyond our control, and the agreement spells that out clearly. We’ve been storing and selling high-value units in Havasu since 1986 — we treat your unit like it’s worth what it’s worth, because the faster it sells clean, the faster we both get paid.
