Leadership
Dean Messmer
Owner & Founder. Dean built TBB from the ground up in 1986. Nearly 40 years later, he's still on the lot every day, greeting customers and closing deals. His knowledge of boats, RVs, and the Havasu market is unmatched.
Sharon Messmer
President. Sharon keeps the entire operation running smoothly — from operations to customer service. She ensures every customer gets personal attention and every deal closes cleanly.

Internet Sales & Marketing
Digital marketing, lead management, AI-powered sales tools, and online inventory management. We bring buyers to the lot before they even know they're coming.
Finance Department
In-house financing, credit applications, lender relationships, and deal structuring. Competitive rates on approved credit.
Consignment Intake
Vehicle evaluation, photography, listing creation, and seller communication. We handle everything from intake to sale.
