I’m James Dean, my legal name is James Dean Armstrong. I started in sales in 2001. My background was always construction until arriving in Lake Havasu. I’ve never sold like a typical salesman. Helping customers by listening to their needs is my #1 priority. Repeat and referral business is how I’ve been successful as a salesperson and in management. I joined The Boat Brokers team in 1991 and it has been a great ride ever since. I worked in sales until 1997, then worked as General Manager until 2016 when I became Operations Manager. I also served for 28 years on the board of the Lake Havasu Marine Association. I have always loved getting up early in the morning to enjoy this business every day. I feel that my customers have become my friends. I love Classic Cars and drive a 1968 Chevy Pickup that was my dad’s. I was born and raised in Oregon and moved to Arizona in 1981. I got in the boat business in 1984 and have never looked back!

Born in Albuquerque NM, Morgan served in Emergency Medical Services (EMS) with the Bernalillo County Fire Department and Albuquerque Ambulance for 38 years as a first responder. He retired and moved to Lake Havasu City in 2014. In his spare time he flies, services and sells hot air balloons. He has loved boats and fishing all his life, which is why he chose selling boats and RV’s as a living.

He was born and raised right here in Lake Havasu City! He joined the team here at The Boat Brokers in January of 2016. He had no prior sales experience, but has always loved the water and boating. He is the father of 3 amazing kids. In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family. He is also an avid competitive pool and poker player.

I was born and raised in Northern Idaho. I moved to Lake Havasu City in 2012 where I went to work for The Boat Brokers. My passion is in Classic Cars. When I was growing up my father had many Classics and that grew on me.

I’m Charles Brown (Charlie). Started in Sales right after my stint in the Marine Corps. Grew up on the lake here in Havasu since 7^th grade, which is why The Boat Brokers is a great place for me. I plan on building a repeat customer and referral-based business which is why it’s so important to me to have happy customers and why I work so hard to meet my customers’ needs and exceed their expectations. Grateful to be able to live and work in the United States and especially grateful to be in beautiful Lake Havasu.

I was born and raised in Colorado. I have always enjoyed the outdoors, fishing, water skiing and boating.

I started selling boats in 1996. I left the boat business to work in Law Enforcement with Morgan County Sheriffs where I worked all divisions, jail, courts and road deputy. I then went to work in oil and gas for Basic Energy.

I have had an amazing career. The opportunity to work for and with some amazing people. I am back in Lake Havasu working with The Boat Brokers and enjoy every day!
