The Boat Brokers operates as a brokerage service, facilitating transactions between buyers and sellers of boats and recreational vehicles. We do not manufacture, warehouse, or directly ship inventory.

Certain vessels may be physically available for viewing at our location and are designated as:

  • “On Display in Store”
  • “Available to Order”

These items are not available for immediate takeaway and must be purchased and arranged for delivery separately.

2. In-Store Display & Ordering

  • Products marked “On Display in Store” are available for inspection only at our physical location.
  • Customers must complete the purchase process before arranging delivery.
  • If a different configuration of the product is shown, it will be labeled:
    “Variant on display in store.”

Important:
Display of a product in-store does not guarantee immediate availability for possession or shipment.

3. Delivery Timeframes (Google Compliance)

To comply with Google Merchant Center requirements:

  • Estimated delivery timeframe after purchase:
    7–21 business days, depending on:
    • Seller release timing
    • Buyer-arranged transport logistics
    • Payment processing and clearance

These timeframes are estimates only and not guaranteed.

The Boat Brokers shall not be liable for delays caused by:

  • Third-party transport providers
  • Weather conditions
  • Mechanical issues
  • Scheduling conflicts
  • Seller-side delays

4. Shipping Policy (Buyer Responsibility)

No Shipping Services Provided

The Boat Brokers:

  • Does NOT provide shipping or delivery services
  • Does NOT act as a carrier, freight broker, or logistics provider
  • Does NOT include shipping costs in any sale price

Buyer Obligations

The buyer assumes full responsibility for:

  • Selecting a licensed, insured transport provider
  • Coordinating pickup and delivery logistics
  • Paying all shipping-related costs
  • Ensuring proper insurance coverage during transport

5. Transport Referrals (No Liability)

As a courtesy, we may provide referrals to third-party transport companies.

However:

  • These providers are independent third parties
  • The Boat Brokers:
    • Does NOT control, supervise, or manage transport providers
    • Does NOT guarantee service quality, timelines, or pricing
    • Assumes ZERO liability for transport-related issues

Explicit Liability Disclaimer

The buyer agrees that The Boat Brokers is not responsible or liable for:

  • Damage during transport
  • Loss, theft, or delay
  • Miscommunication with transport providers
  • Contract disputes between buyer and transporter

All transport arrangements are solely between the buyer and the selected carrier.

6. Shipping Costs Disclosure

  • Shipping costs are NOT included in listed prices
  • Costs vary based on:
    • Distance
    • Vessel size, weight, and configuration
    • Fuel and transport conditions

Buyers must obtain quotes directly from their chosen transport provider.

7. Returns & Refund Policy (Strict Enforcement)

ALL SALES ARE FINAL

  • NO RETURNS
  • NO REFUNDS
  • NO EXCHANGES

This policy applies without exception unless explicitly required by law.

8. As-Is Purchase & Inspection Requirement

All vessels are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS, unless otherwise stated in writing.

By completing a purchase, the buyer acknowledges:

  • They have had the opportunity to inspect the vessel
  • They accept the condition of the vessel in full
  • They are not relying on implied warranties

Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Boat Brokers disclaims:

  • All express or implied warranties
  • Including but not limited to:
    • Merchantability
    • Fitness for a particular purpose
    • Condition or performance

9. Risk of Loss

  • Risk of loss transfers to the buyer immediately upon sale completion or release of the vessel to transport, whichever occurs first.
  • The buyer is responsible for ensuring proper insurance coverage during transport.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

The Boat Brokers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:

  • Loss of use
  • Loss of profits
  • Transport delays or failures
  • Mechanical or condition-related issues post-sale

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid to The Boat Brokers for brokerage services.

11. Indemnification

Buyer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Boat Brokers, its owners, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or disputes arising from:

  • Transport arrangements
  • Use or operation of the vessel after purchase
  • Third-party service providers

12. Google Merchant Center Compliance Statement
