In Lake Havasu City, well-priced boats in good condition typically sell within 30-90 days during peak season (March through September). The spring buying season (March-May) sees the fastest sales. Boats priced at or slightly below market sell in weeks; overpriced boats can sit for months. Consignment dealers with active online listings, social media presence, and foot traffic consistently move inventory faster than dealers with limited marketing.
