How do I schedule service?
Send us a request through the form, or call the shop at (928) 453-8833. We don't use an online calendar — once we have your request, someone from the shop calls you back to confirm the details and set a time. Then you bring the boat in.
How long does it take to get a part?
If it's on our shelf, you can pick it up right away. If we need to order it in, it's typically 1–3 business days. We'll tell you what to expect when you make your request.
What kinds of boats and engines do you service?
We service all makes and models, and our technicians are Mercury Marine certified. If you're not sure whether we cover your setup, just ask — we'll give you a straight answer.
Do I have to have bought my boat from you to use the shop?
Not at all. Anyone in the Havasu area is welcome at our parts and service counters. Customers who bought their boat from The Boat Broker get priority on the service schedule, but the shop is open to everyone.
Can I just drop my boat off without reaching out first?
We'd rather you contact us first so we can plan for it. Send a request or call (928) 453-8833, and we'll set a time — that way your boat isn't sitting and waiting, and we've got the right parts ready when you arrive.
