The most common RV repair issues are: water damage from failed roof seals or slide-out gaskets (often the most expensive to fix), AC compressor failure, water heater element or anode rod replacement, slide-out motor or gear failure, delamination of exterior walls from water intrusion, refrigerator absorption unit failure, and tire sidewall cracking from UV exposure (common in Arizona). Most of these are preventable with regular maintenance and annual roof inspections.
